technical description

Any brake disc available on the market can be customized.

Any available cast iron brake disc can be customized. Either the customer provides the disc or Rocaro can procure each.

The brake discs are first washed and then coated. Depending on the customer's requirements (single-color, multi-color, with logo, etc.), the process steps are as follows.

  1. Insertion of the lettering / logo in the friction surface of the brake disc (only when ordering with lettering / logo).
  2. One-color ROF coating of the entire brake disc.

or

  1. ROF coating of the friction surfaces and then coating of the remaining surfaces of the brake disc. In this process, the friction surfaces are finally machined.

With the ROF coating, the performance of the braking system is not affected.

Each rotor is homologated by an ECE R90 (E1) approval.
